A major financial services company wishes to better understand its mortgage approval process. In particular, the company is interested in learning about the effects of good versus fair credit history, the size of the mortgage (less than $500,000 versus greater than $500,000), and the region of the United States (western versus eastern) on the time it takes to get a mortgage approved. Make the attached Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Training Slides better. Modify or delete slides as necessary. Attached is a quick guide and two additional power point slides (ACC and MICC HQ FSD) that clearly define . The intent is that you at least add 5-10 additional slides that make this better. As previously stated, you may also delete unnecessary slides. You may go to the FAR to get more information as well. The FAR is the contracting bible.
