All the instructions are in the pdf attached + I will provide the data set with which we have to conduct this research assignment. I have also included a sample assignment from the previous year students, just to give you a notion have it should look like.
You don't have to read the whole file just look at the tables in the end, it's required to make graphs by following these instructions:
The purpose of this paper is to see how real data sets can be transformed into network analysis.
Step 1: Download the paper
Step 2: for each transect (there are two) Make one adjacent matrices for the live foraminifera and one adjacent matrix for the dead foraminifera
Step 3: Create a graph for each.
Step 4: Calculate the density of each graph and the density of any clusters that you might find.
Step 5Identify centrality: which nodes have the highest degrees of centrality, betweenness, closeness and eigenvalue.
Step 6 Conclusion :What does these graphs tell you about the behavior of this microscopic family of one-celled amnimals
i have attached prior assignments that correlate to this one
Research Proposal: The research proposal due at the end of the semester (12/4) will be comprised of the following components: I. Introduction, II. Background/Significance
(Literature/Review), and III. Research Design and Methods. There will be activities that are due throughout the semester to encourage students to reflect and work on this assignment in advance of the due dates. More details will be provided on Canvas. Maximum Number of Cumulative Points: 100
Additional/Updated Details: I am tweaking this assignment structure based on (but not exactly like) a great resource I found here (https://www.uky.edu/~eushe2/Pajares/proposal.html (Links to an external site.)). Keep in mind this is a paper so it is written in paragraph format with transition sentences within and between paragraphs so that it has a clear flow. You should use sub-headings to delineate between the sections.

Considering the concentric zone model presented in Chapter 20, what type of zone were you raised in? Is this the same or different as that of earlier generations in your family? What type of zone do you reside in now (if different than the one you were raised in)? Do you find that people from one zone stereotype those from another? Might crime rates and educational quality differ by zone? Why? Do you think this model still holds up today or might another model better reflect cities and the growth of suburbs?

The existential angst induced by such realizations often follows on the heels of a close friend or loved one passing away. Of course, just because all people pass away doesnt mean they agree on what constitutes a life well lived. It is my hope that all of you will live a life that you can consider to be well-lived whatever that means to you personally.
I think part of living such a life stems from having
