Guidelines for Writing Reflection Papers
The reflection paper is a personal reflection on specific material attached. The primary goal of a reflection paper is to examine how the material intersects with your lived experiences - in school, home, workplace or other.

Best Practices:
* The writer demonstrates an understanding of the material by connecting it to her own ideas, previous experience, or recent learning.
* The paper should not be a free-write or journal entry.
* The writer should go beyond a first reaction to reflect upon the material, synthesize the personal response in the material, and organize it in a concise, cogent fashion.
* Although personal response is central to a reflection paper, the work should also reflect about the content attached.
* The reflection paper should raise questions, and arrive at a conclusion or insight that demonstrates how you, the writer, was influenced by the material or by the reflective process.

Ethics in business law

Explain an occurrence when you took the ethics of a company into consideration when deciding between similar products. If you have never done so, explain why not.
Research a company that you admire and examine that companys ethical decision-making. Who is that companys Ethics Officer and what is that officers role? What is it about the companys business and ethical positioning that you admire? Has there been an instance where this companys strong position has helped it to avoid a potential scandal?

Twitter strategic analysis

A companys strategy typically consists of its diagnosis of its competitive challenge, a guiding policy(ies) to address the competitive challenge, and a set of cohesive actions to implement the companys policy(ies). The is the AFI strategy framework, namely, Analysis, Formulation, Implementation. You may review this by doing some research into the AFI framework in understanding strategic management and analyzing your companys strategic plan in light of this framework.  Download and review the strategic plan of the company you have chosen. Examine the strategic direction of the company you have chosen. You will review the strategic plan(s) of the company and reflect on how the strategic plan of any company guides their decision making.
In addition, reflect on the strategic plan in light of current macroeconomic and cultural changes. Discuss briefly the international aspect of the strategic plan.

blog

(The article is attached)
In one of the readings from this week, Briody, Meerwarth Pester and Trotter (2012) discussed how organizational culture was described through stories and an evaluation of the situation occurred after the story was told. For this blog, describe your organizational culture by telling a story that exemplifies your corporate culture (or if you do not currently work for an organization, a past company or one you research). For example, a technology firm in Colorado holds their meetings at different diners and invites family members because family is important to them. If you were giving a talk to a broader audience at your organization, how can the story you shared drive home the corporate culture that exists in your organization?

UNIT 2

Having now studied the trait approach, skills approach, and behavioral approach, which seems to appeal the most to you to assess your current, past, or proposed future professional or personal situation? Share how you can use your preferred approach. If none of them resonate with you, explain why, and offer alternatives you find useful.

UNIT 4
Most of us have experience with in-groups and out-groups. Discuss a time when you were in one or the other and wished you were in the one you were not. In other words, you might have been in the in-group but resented the extra pressure and responsibility, or, conversely, you might have been in the out-group and wished you had more access and input in decisions being made

Walmart Case Study

For this discussion, you will explore the relationship between financial analysis and strategic analysis in a review of the case study Walmart, Inc. in 2018: The Worlds Biggest Retailer Faces New Challenges .

A case study is a puzzle to be solved, so before reading and answering the specific questions, develop your proposed solution by following these five steps:

Read the case study to identify the key issues and underlying issues.

These issues are the principles and concepts of the course area which apply to the situation described in the case study.

Record the facts from the case study which are relevant to the principles and concepts of the course area issues.

The case may have extraneous information not relevant to the current course area.

Your ability to differentiate between relevant and irrelevant information is an important aspect of case analysis, as it will inform the focus of your answers.

Describe in detail the actions th

Choose one or two of my questions at the end of this post to pose a succinct response that shows you have thought about, and have a personal position on that issue.  Express your response with proper grammar, spelling, and be brief.  Spend more time thinking than writing your initial response.  After you have written your response but before posting, edit out all non-critical words and phrases to assure you have expressed your thoughts and feelings sufficiently for others to understand.  You may express what is in your personal background that makes you see it that way.  You can allude briefly to your own personal experiences and observations.

Here are the questions or short circumstances from which you will choose to respond with a post after the online class session 2 begins:

1. Its obvious that everyone has different opinions about what is ethical when it comes to certain issues such as politics.  Write a short report on whether you cons

Use read both, No exit by Jean Paul and Commentary 2017 by Lehman and answer the following questions. I have attached both reading. Answers should only take about 1 page.  Please read and answer the questions correctly.

1.    Early in her essay (p. 50), Lehmann distinguishes between pleasure and reward.  Later (p. 51) she expands on the idea, saying:  . . . this new technology [smartphones] seems to activate the reward centerbut does not induce states of contentment, satisfaction, or meaning.
