SWOTT Analysis-Based on Primary Data Analytics Review-Similar and Dissimilar Platforms Researched Via Secondary Market Analytics
Proposed Corporate Partnership Profiles/Recommended Action Plan (viability/market fit/potential partnership level of involvementbased on primary/secondary market research e.g. Nike versus Under Armour versus Gatorade versus Red Bull, etc.)
Fan-Festival Programming: Recommended Action Plan (i.e. development of forward momentum platform articulation based on findings in support of or refuting investment in Fan-Festival conceptualization, inclusive of SWOTT analysis. Case Study Deliverables: (No more than 20 PPT. Slides)
Perform a SWOTT analysis on the decision to bring a FAN FESTIVAL Conference to a specific geo-region in the country (US), including the facts provided above in your response. Plan based on primary and secondary research findings conducted by your team.
Come up with a short-term (+/-3 year) solution and a long-term (5 years +) solution for what a future FAN FESTIVAL could do to generate initial conference ticket sales, hence, increase revenue and maintain profitability. How can you drive additional revenue into the mix (e.g. sponsors, broadcast partners)
