In this project, we are four members working in different financial institutions, and to understand the issue more, each member asked his HR officers on the main reasons that they hear in conducting Exit-Interview and we gather all reasons to reach the conclusion that they leave the company for:
Top reason - Compensation and Benefits (not having a competitive salary)
Med reason - Work-life Balance (high workload requires staying additional hours)
Low reason - Career Development (training, promotions, and annual increase)
