The purpose of this assignment is to let you explore in-depth the value of project management in context of TV or Film production. You are expected to work individually. Please critically analyze how TV or Film production qualifies as being a project. Please elaborate on significance of effective project management in either of your chosen sector for this assignment. Please take leanings and inputs from the case studies discussed in the class.

Project should be approximately 1500 words (max) excluding Table of contents/References. The written project must be submitted by 15^th June. Each project should include the following.

• Exploration and critical analysis TV or Film production to qualify as a project as defined in the course text. (A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge).
• Why elements of project management (planning, WBS, risk management etc.) are critical for successful execution of film or TV production.
• Conclusion.
