Submission Requirements:
Print your three designs and submit with your printed 200-word design statement. Ensure the images have
been appropriately cropped with a guillotine. Submit jpg copies of your three designs via LearnOnline.
Assessment Criteria:
- Design Language
Has the student identified their design intent and the basis for their design language?
Do the final designs follow a consistent visual style?
Do the final designs follow a consistent rule set for their creation?
Do the final designs follow a consistent page orientation (portrait)?
- Marketing
Do the final designs effectively and dynamically promote the event?
Do the final designs contain all of the necessary information for promoting the event?
Do the final designs demonstrate strong graphic design principles?
- Resolution
Are the images of a suitable resolution (clear and crisp as opposed to blurry)?
Here goes what I suggest might be a good (basic) structure for your Consultancy/Audit report:
1. Brief paragraph on your (fictional) consultancy company and experience
2. Brief overview of the case: i.e. the digest of the case provided by your colleague/client and also what you may have come across by means of your own research onto the company and visits, meetings with staff, analysis of further internal documents / data the company granted you access to over the past few days/week(s).
(Points 1 and 2 together should be no longer than one page max)
3. Brief analysis of where (i.e. at what level of Sustainability engagement) the company is in (using the Phase model or other to very effectively explain where they are and why, and what should be the target and why, especially but not exclusively regarding both Env and Social aspects)
(in other words, you may wish to consider using the Phase Model, the 7-S, the TROPICS test.. to explain visually where they are and what is the goal ..
Do you think that future studies have any serious validity in predicting the future of security or are they just WAGs (This is an intelligence term for Wild-Ass Guess)?
Be sure to state your reasoning and what you do or do not agree with the studies of the future and the security industry in particular.
