You have to make an assignment which is a Unit Lesson plan (for a math teacher) including several requisites and an essay.
Review existing curriculum in your content area and identify a unit you teach that could be modified to include the new technology tools introduced in this course and/or were part of your identified necessary resources in past assignments. This assignment will be submitted at the end of Module 6.
Formalize a teaching unit.
1. Document how your unit meets CCSS and other relevant standards for your state and curriculum.

2. The unit should consist of 3-5 days of lessons that address the following:
a. Unit title
b. Concept/topic
c. Unit goals/objectives
d. Required materials
e. Introduction/anticipatory set
f. Step-by-step procedures
g. Technology integration

Measurement and Data Lesson Plan
Part 1
Select a grade level CCRS related to Measurement and Data. Using the Class Profile, and the lesson plan template I provided to create one lesson plan with instructional activities that:
1.Makes comparisons;
2.Uses models of measuring units;
3.Uses measuring instruments; and
4.Represents and interprets the data.
Part 2
Review the three videos of teachers teaching measurements and data. Include the three video references and use intext citations. Remember a citation cannot begin nor end a sentence and a paragraph must be at least four sentences.
Write a 250-500 word review of what you observed regarding the use of instructional steps in teaching measurement and alignment to the CCRs.
Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
This assignment uses a rubric. Review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the ex
Please share your perspectives on the various types of government styles, the different economic systems, the specific components of Religion, and the History of American Public Education. Please be specific in your respective responses.
“Pocock paused and stepped back from the frame of the shell and put his hands on his hips, carefully studying the work he had so far done. He said for him the craft of building a boat was like religion. It wasn’t enough to master the technical details of it. You had to give yourself up to it spiritually; you had to surrender yourself absolutely to it. When you were done and walked away from the boat, you had to feel that you had left a piece of yourself behind in it forever, a bit of your heart. He turned to Joe. “Rowing,” he said, “is like that. And a lot of life is like that too, the parts that really matter anyway. Do you know what I mean, Joe?” (The Boys in the Boat, pg.215)
Part 3 is titled The Parts That Really Matter. What do you think George Pocock meant in his statement to Joe? Using specific examples from the story, what aspects of rowing do you believe are "parts that really matter"? How can you apply this philosophy as a student?
Research supports the contention that formative assessment has a direct impact on student learning (Volante and Beckett, 2011) which is also a goal of action research. Formative assessment of data is a reevaluation process that is conducted by the researcher for the purpose of continual improvement (Buczynski & Hansen, 2014). The function of this practice is to help researchers and leaders make adjustment that will best inform and change educational outcomes (Mills, 2014). This research, paired with the successful exercise of leadership practices improves the teaching and learning process because it causes us to respond to the needs of the educational environment. In this discussion, you have the opportunity to think about this iterative process of your research process.

This course is designed to help students understand learning by youths from diverse cultural backgrounds in out-of-school settings as a complement to learning in regular school classroom settings. Emphasis is placed on understanding the many complex dimensions of cooperation and participation underlying learning and literacy development and how these are affected by learning opportunities mediated by computers and the internet and by social interaction in learning settings.

The major purpose of this assignment is to begin to identify significant themes that are becoming evident in the implementation of your action research project and your data collection. The key is to begin to discover trends in your data without making premature decisions; however minor adjustments can be made next week. Action research provides correlative and data driven information that can be used to make positive changes in the teaching and learning environment (Buczynski & Hansen, 2014); Mills, 2014). Additionally, thinking about the key stakeholders and their role in your research is important as well. In summary, this assignment is a preliminary interpretation of the various data obtained thus far. Without committing to initial assumptions, you are to begin to identify the key patterns that are emerging.
