b. What is the mean time that a tank will spend in the system?
c. What is the mean number of tanks which might be expected to be in queue at any time?
d. What is the mean number of tanks which might be expected to be in the system at any time?
e. What effects – if any – will the constant service rates have on the overall costs of SCUBA tank production? Explain your answer.
f. What criteria, in addition to throughput time, will be relevant to any decision about changing the procedures or resources employed in the tank testing?
