What series or program is used for reading and mathematics? Does the teacher incorporate art, music, movement, life skills, or career awareness? 6. What did you actually observe? Provide sufficient detail to indicate that you were actually with the teacher and students for the required period of time (e.g., materials – commercial and/or teacher made; subjects being taught and the specific concepts and skills they are working on; instructional strategies; classroom management techniques; types and quality of interactions between students and the teacher, between the students and the Aide/other adults in the classroom, and among the students) 7. What were your conclusions about the teacher, students, and other involved in the classroom? What seemed to be working effectively? What would you consider changing or adding?
